"Life is a Cup of Tea"

    Love my tea! Also a coffee drinker. Made this for my cousin Bev's birthday. 

    Love this stamp set from Darcie's Heart & Home called, "Cup of Tea". Papers used are from BoBunny Soiree 6x6 collection. "Ornate Frame" from TH/Sizzix. Traditional Eyelet Punch at the bottom with some Nuvo Crystal Drops, in "Bubblegum Blush". Added some sequins, and Stickles too.

  The inside. Another sentiment stamp from the "Cup of Tea" set. Happy Birthday sentiment is from Stampers/Tim Holtz.

You're How Old?

  Love this little guy! Too cute! He's from the latest Crazy stamp and die set series from Stampers and Tim Holtz.

  I made this card for Tyler, Courtney's husband. He celebrated his birthday on December 23rd.

  Used coloured pencils and Gamsol to colour him. The sentiment stamp is from the Stampers/TH set, "Crazy Talk". Added a couple of wooden stars and square metal embellies.

Added googly eyes to give him "life". Lol!

Baby It's Cold Outside

    Made this snowy card for Mike's cousin, Shannon. Love this stamp from Stamping Bella, "Valerie With Snowball". Fun to colour! Next time I'm going to paper piece her. 

  Her snowball is Marvy Liquid Applique, with some Stickles "Frosted Lace" on top, to make it "crunchy". White plastic snowflakes from Michael's. Stickles in various colours used on snowflakes, background and on her hat and pocket. 

  The sentiment sticker is from Crate Paper, "Snow and Cocoa" sticker sheet. Added some cheesecloth for snow. Black rhinestones for her buttons.

   The inside. Sentiment stamp is from Hero Arts, "Merry Christmas Messages".

Let's Go Ice Skating

  Love the TH/Stampers Blueprint stamps! Now that everyone has seen their cards, I'm going to start posting them. 

  I made this one for Mike's aunt Janette. The paper is Authentique "Peaceful", and the vintage skating images on the paper were perfect to go with this stamp!

  Closeup of the skate. I added some silver Liquid Pearls to the blade, then some Stickles Frosted Lace to make it look icy. Snowflake dies are from Cheery Lynn.

  All is calm, all is bright!

   Well, he doesn't look calm or too bright! Lol! Stamp is part of the Crazy Dog Tim Holtz/Stampers set. Used coloured pencils and Gamsol for blending.

  I made this card for Mike's aunt Dorothy who is 90 years young! She is sharp as a tack and so uplifting! A very positive bubbly lady!

 Papers are from an old KaiserCraft collection and has bits of foil in the paper. The Angel image is from Crafty Secrets, "Merry Christmas Creative Scraps".

Snow Happy!

   I seem to be on a snowman kick this year! This card was made for my hairdresser, Angie. We've known each other for 26 years! 

 I bought a paper collection at a craft sale, "slightly used", meaning some of the papers and stickers were used. It wasn't a full pack. It was Simple Stories "Snow Patrol". I made 3 cards from it, and still have paper and sentiment cards for a couple more! 

 Snowflakes are dies from Memory Box.

December Birthday

    Love this little guy! He's a stamp from My Favourite Things, Pure Innocence series. 

  Made this for a dear friend who is celebrating a birthday today. Happy Birthday Melanie! About 17 of us went out for supper last night. All crafty ladies! Good times!

Season for Freezin'

   Love this card! Made it for our good friends, Nancy and Bill.

  Papers, sentiment cards are all from the Simple Stories collection called "Snow Patrol". I bought the slightly used set at a craft sale. No stamps were used which was different for me. Snowflake dies from Memory Box.
