Grungy Halloween

Boo!

Finally got to use my new Tim Holtz stamps! They're from the Visual Artistry Collection: Happy Halloween set. Didn't have room for the spiderweb or cat. Love that witch! The witch and the owl both screamed for googly eyes! The tag itself was cut from the Paper Stash Kraft Resist Halloween Haunts, using the Tag and Bookplate die cut set ; then ink/resist with DI Spiced Marmalade, Shabby Shutters and Dusty Concord; same for the torn sentiment label background. A dab here and there of DI Vintage Photo on skeleton and owl. The tag is glued to a piece of spiderweb ribbon I got at The Dollar Store.

Closeups. Click on photos for larger images:
This shows the ribbon at the top; also from The Dollar Store!
Entered in the following challenges:
1. Grungy Monday #22 Holtz Halloween
2. Art With No Boundaries: Oct/Halloween
3. Inkurable Stampers: Orange, Purple, Green
4. Fashionable Stamping Challenge: Anything But A Card

Thanks for stopping by! Nosy about, but leave a word or two before you go. Head on over to the challenges and check out the fabulous artwork! Love this time of year! Get inky!

Isn't he creepy? He's called "The Laughing Man". Did you know "The Joker" in the Batman series, was modeled after him? Can you see it? I can.
Go here and read about this charming fellow.
It's like the clown thing.

Just was admiring Abby and Rudy's slide show...I thought my kitties had long tails! And such big ears! Are they a specific breed?
