Lace, Pearls, Retirement, Belly Dancing....?

And now for my next career...
This card is for my husband's aunt Janette who is retiring...again! Which explains the sentiment on this card. Her last day is tomorrow. She's 60 something going on 30 something! What's next? Belly Dancing, perhaps?!

I'm also entering this card in the MMM Challenge 8 - Vintage - Lace and Pearls. Make sure you go over and see the other fabulous entries.

Click on photos for larger images. She has bling in her belly button:
Supply List:
  1. Belly Dancer image from Vintage Hearth. Although I have seen it several times in Google Images when you search on: vintage belly dancer
  2. Lace from Walmart
  3. Fabric roses are Tim Holtz Idea-ology Trimmings
  4. Distress Inks used, Tattered Rose around sentiment
  5. Pearls and bling from Michaels
  6. DP is BasicGrey Capella 6" paper pad
  7. EK Success photo corner punch
  8. Sentiment done on computer; can't remember the font!
Couldn't find a good belly dancing video, (go figure!), but this will get you going. A classic from 1976! (Love those Disco years!). KC & the Sunshine Band performing Shake, Shake, Shake (Shake Your Booty)
Get up and shake it!

Thanks for stopping by! Have a look around and leave a comment or two! One more day until vacation!! Woo Hoo! For all you Canadians out there, Happy Long Weekend! HAPPY RETIREMENT JANETTE!
