An Easter Parade of Cards!

When I saw these vintage ladies on various graphics sites,  I immediately thought of that song from  the Judy Garland and Fred Astaire movie,  "Easter Parade". This lovely lady with the feather in her cap (found in a drawer!),  is from Maries Freebies. Music paper from Graphics 45 Curtain Call paper stack.

Trailer from the 1948 movie.  Watch it right here, right now! Sing along if you want to!

What a hat! My head hurts just looking at her! This lovely lady is from Magic Moonlight Studio. I found this paper in my stash. It's from  DCWV Specialty Mat Stacks. Love the vein pattern in it.

Pink or Yellow?  Another young lady from Maries Freebies. Paper from DCWV Specialty Mat Stacks. Added a stamp border on the sides and pearls at the top and bottom, with small flowers on the corners.

Gotta love the matching outfit! This dancer is from The Graphics Fairy Background paper and music paper tape is Tim Holtz

Too cute for words! This image is from Magic Moonlight Free Images. Added some lace I got from The Dollar Store.

Easter Blessings! Image from Vintage Catnip

Happy Easter! Watercolour background using Distress Inks. Mr. Rabbit is Tim Holtz, along with the flowers and butterfly. Popped up the butterfly and coloured with Spica Glitter Markers; my favs! Sentiment stamp unknown. Dragonfly stamp from Hampton Art Dandelion stamp set. Used Spica Glitter pens on his jacket and scarf. Dew Drops in corners. The Artful Stamper's White Perfect Puff on his tail.
Mr. Rabbit again. Used different colours for background.

These cards were great fun to make! Hope you enjoyed them! Leave a word or two before you go and have a great Easter!

Whoo haven't you been busy, so many cards and they are all so gorgeous. I must say the 1st is my favorite, that feather is awesome.
